Member Storage Policy

Overview

The space provides storage options for members to keep projects and equipment between visits. This includes lockers, shelving, and designated project storage areas. Please be considerate — storage space is limited and shared by everyone.

Member Storage Boxes

Every member is assigned a personal storage box when they join. What you keep in your box is yours to manage — organise it however works for you.

Box Ownership & Reclamation

Your box remains yours as long as your membership is active and you're showing up. A box will be reclaimed by the space if:

  • MemberYour Storagemembership lapses, shelving, for lockers, any projectreason, storage tiers once openor
  • ProjectYou Shelfhaven't Policy — how long projects can livevisited in 2 months without having given prior notice to the space
  • Equipment(e.g. Donationstravelling, illness, busy periodhowjust tolet donateus hardware, what we acceptknow)

When a box is reclaimed, its contents will be made available to other members via the donations box or distributed at the discretion of the space organisers. We'll make reasonable efforts to contact you before this happens.
